The Miami Dolphins defended their home field on Sunday, as they’ve done so well since Mike McDaniel arrived in South Florida last year.
McDaniel’s team downed the New England Patriots for the second time in 2023, earning the season sweep of the divisional opponent.
With a game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Germany on the horizon, the head coach made sure to mention to his team that they weren’t distracted or looking ahead. They were focused on the task at hand, and they accomplished their goal with a 31-17 victory at Hard Rock Stadium.
Miami has gone 6-2 through their first eight games for the first time since 2001. Now, they’ll have to prove themselves against the Chiefs and get a win against an opponent with a winning record.
