No. 4 Michigan State welcomed in No. 2 Boston College for a two game weekend series between two of college hockey’s best programs.
After losing on Friday, 3-0, the Spartans bounced back on Saturday with a thrilling 4-3 victory. The Spartans overcame two different deficits in the game, before pulling out the win.
With 6:32 remaining in the second period, it was a Karsen Dorwart feed to Daniel Russell, putting the Spartans up 4-3 in the game, and ultimately ended up being the game winner.
