The start of training camps across the NBA is quickly approaching, and this is the time of the offseason during which players really start to ramp up their training and preparation.
No one should show up to training camp out of shape, and today’s players are arguably more dedicated and diligent when it comes to keeping their bodies right and working on their craft than players from a couple of decades ago.
Buy Lakers TicketsLos Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James spares no expense when it comes to taking care of his body, and he also makes sure he gets in the lab and puts in work on his basketball-specific skills.

This will be James’ 21st season in the NBA, and as long as he gets and stays healthy, there is plenty of reason to believe he will continue to play at an elite or near-elite level.
He will have more help around him than he has had in a while, which should allow him to stay fresh throughout the season by virtue of not having to do too much in order to help the Lakers establish a high winning percentage.
