The Los Angeles Rams have been terrible in three areas this season: first-quarter scoring, third down and red zone. On Sunday’s opening drive against the Buffalo Bills, they were perfect in all three spots.
They went 3-for-3 on third down and scored a touchdown on their first drive, going 70 yards in 12 plays and capping it off with a Kyren Williams 3-yard score. It was Williams’ 13th touchdown of the season, giving the Rams an early 7-0 lead over the Bills.
Williams powered the drive with seven carries for 27 yards and the touchdown, picking up where he left off after last week’s win over the Saints.
