Just Stop Oil activists were causing more mayhem on London’s roads on Tuesday morning as 30 protesters sat in front of traffic on the A4 near Barons Court.
The latest protest comes as two activists continue to cause the closure of the Dartford Crossing by dangling from the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge as the group demands the government halts all new oil and gas licences and consents.
At Baron’s Court, activists walked into road, with some glueing their hands onto the tarmac, at 7.30am on Tuesday.
Activist Phil Snider, 37, a delivery driver from Southampton said: “I’m doing this so I can look my children in the eye and say I did all I could. Climate disasters make me angry, governments have not done a thing for 30 years when they knew It was coming.
