Michigan State football took another tough loss on Friday night out west.
The Spartans were dominated by simply a better team in a nationally televised loss to No. 6 Oregon. Michigan State hung with the Ducks for most of the first half thanks to a few key defensive plays in the red zone, but eventually, the dams broke in a 31-10 loss. Michigan State trailed 31-0 before adding some points late in the fourth quarter.
With the loss, Michigan State drops to 3-3 overall and 1-2 in Big Ten play. The Spartans have lost three straight games and will be on a bye next week before welcoming Iowa to Spartan Stadium on October 19.
