Burrow, facing a critical situation with his Bengals down 17-7 in the first half, somehow emerged from a fray of linemen and sprinted up the field untouched for a 19-yard touchdown rush to help make it 17-14.
The star quarterback, as well as Ja’Marr Chase, plus revenge-game-seeking names like Eli Apple and Vonn Bell, had talked about how much this game in the Dome meant to them.
After all, the last time Burrow and Chase were there, they won the 2019 national title and Burrow cracked that famous cigar in front of an international audience.
