Joe Aribo climbed off the bench for Southampton and sparked a rescue mission with a stunning goal.
The former Rangers man made the switch to the English Premier League earlier this summer with his Ibrox deal heading into the final 12 months. He was a key player under both Steven Gerrard and Giovanni van Bronckhorst with his performances domestically and in Europe a key part of the Light Blues' success.
He is now testing himself in England's top flight and he showed his class to bring Saints back into the contest as he kept a cool head after collecting the ball in the box. Leeds No1 Illan Meslier came flying out towards his feet but he superbly nutmegged the advancing goalkeeper before wrong footing not one but two defenders on the goal line to fire into the far corner of the net. He had only been subbed on 11 minutes previous for former Celtic loanee Moi Elyounoussi with the home side trailing 2-0.

His strike on 72 minutes restored hope amongst the home players and fans and they were rewarded once again nine minutes later and with 81 minutes played as Kyle Walker-Peters fired home the second to claim a share of the spoils.
That point gets Ralph Hasenhüttl off the mark this season after an opening day thumping by Tottenham.
The former Rangers man will be hoping his rescue job has done enough to earn him a place in the starting XI next time out against Brendan Rodgers' Leicester City before the Carabao Cup takes centre stage with a midweek trip to Cambridge United.
