An injury to 49ers QB Trey Lance forced them to turn to backup signal caller Jimmy Garoppolo, who quickly made his mark on Sunday’s game. On a first-and-10 from the Seahawks’ 38, Garoppolo found TE Ross Dwelley wide open down the left sideline for a walk-in TD to put San Francisco up two scores. Garoppolo started the game four-of-four for 70 yards and a TD.
