Watch Idah in brilliant unseen Celtic celebration after Carter-Vickers screamer

Cameron Carter-Vickers' Celtic team-mates were stunned as he hammered into the top corner with an outrageous long-range strike against Kilmarnock.

The US internationalist rifled home in the 5-1 win at Celtic Park to put the hosts within touching distance of the Scottish Premiership title.

However, Carter-Vickers' strike took centre stage - especially after the reaction of his fellow Celtic stars.

Sky Sports footage shows Adam Idah and Daizen Maeda clutching their heads in disbelief over the superb strike from the centre-back.

Another replay from behind the goal captures the moment the ball flies into the top corner with Idah taken aback by the incredible effort.

Stiliyan Petrov, on punditry duties for the match remarked: "Look at the reaction of the players, they couldn't believe it!

Carter-Vickers said of his strike: "To be fair, I hit them every now and then in training and they normally roll to the keeper or fly over.

"I didn't know, I thought I half shanked it but that probably helped!"
