Syair Torrence MSU Michigan State New York Michigan Spartans

Michigan State added another commit to its 2024 class on Sunday.

Three-star defensive back / wide receiver Syair Torrence committed to the Spartans on Sunday — boosting Michigan State’s class to seven commits thus far. Torrence hails from Syracuse, N.Y. and was previously committed to play his college ball at Syracuse as well.

Torrence ranks as the No. 88 wide receiver and No. 658 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2024 class. He’s also listed as the No. 5 player from New York in the class.
