He became the first rookie in league history to produce 9+ rebounds, 6+ assists, 5+ steals, and 3+ made three-point shots in a game. Podziemski has been enjoying a stellar start to his NBA career, cracking the Warriors starting lineup and earning praise from his veteran teammates.
Against the Nuggets, who are the reigning NBA champions, the rookie produced a statline of 13 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 steals, shooting 57.1% from the field and 75% from the perimeter. Following his history-making performance, the Warriors strung together a video showing all of the possessions that allowed Podziemski to etch his name into the history books.
