Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields made his preseason debut on Saturday, where he led Chicago to a 20-13 win over the Dolphins at Soldier Field.
And considering the hype that followed Fields from the college level to the pros, the hype was certainly worth it.
Sure, it was just a preseason game. Yes, he got off to a rocky start. No, this one preseason game doesn’t mean the Bears suddenly have a Hall of Fame quarterback. But it’s an encouraging start to Fields’ young NFL career, and it showed that Fields has the skillset to become a star quarterback in this league.
For all of the “wow” plays Fields has made during training camp, viewers had a front-row seat to Fields’ special skillset, where he flashed his natural arm talent and utilized his mobility to escape pressure and make plays.
And because it’s not too early to relive Fields’ preseason debut, NFL.com released a video of every Fields play from the Bears’ win over the Dolphins.
