“Behind the Grind” is back.
The Los Angeles Rams released the first episode of their fantastic behind-the-scenes series on YouTube, giving fans a peek behind the curtain with player and coach interviews, as well as footage of team meetings and practices during the offseason program.
The Rams are trying to rebuild a roster that was essentially torn down this offseason, and Sean McVay welcomed a bunch of new coaches into the building – including a familiar face, DBs coach Aubrey Pleasant.
On the season premiere of “Behind the Grind”, Sean McVay and Les Snead talk about the roster remodel and offseason, while Matthew Stafford and his family take in a Los Angeles Kings game. Pleasant discusses his return to the Rams and chats with Raheem Morris, and we get some valuable insight from new offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur.
Van Jefferson and Cam Akers push each other to be better and faster in practice, trying to outwork each other this spring.
