A Dublin coffee shop owner has taken a dip in a wheelie bin to cool down after working hard brewing hot beverages.
Joe Whyte is one of the owners of Doppelgangers Coffee along with his identical twin brother, Colin. He decided to take a swim in Clonsilla Inn Pub car park, D15 as temperatures have been soaring throughout the nation.
Colin asked him if he was enjoying the weather. Joe, kitted out in a sun cap and goggles replied: “What’s it got to do with you? I’m just having a swim in the bin and drinking an iced-coffee.”

The Doppelgangers are two pioneers of the new age coffee industry. They started out back in 2019 when Colin and Joe were in an old van with a coffee machine and a dream of reinventing the coffee industry.
Now, they run multiple businesses, products, a cafe and shop in Charlestown Shopping Centre, Dublin - as well as a hilarious TikTok account.
