(Picture: via REUTERS)A man has been filmed narrowly escaping a missile strike as a Russian rocket smashed into the ground near a popular pedestrian bridge in Kyiv.
Russia launched a brutal bombing campaign on cities across Ukraine on Monday in revenge for the damage caused to a key bridge in Crimea.

The missile narrowly missed the 212-metre-long structure and ended up hitting a nearby park at around 8.15am local time.
A pedestrian could be seen walking along the bridge before running in the opposite direction following the strike.
It came as Russia launched several lethal strikes on multiple Ukrainian cities on Monday.
Ukraine’s Emergency Service said at least 11 people were killed and 64 were wounded in the morning attacks across Ukraine — the biggest and broadest since the early days of the war.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said the attacks are revenge for the bombing of the Kerch bridge, a key link which connects Crimea to Russia.
The explosion on the 12-mile bridge just before dawn on Saturday had cut a crucial supply line for Russian forces fighting on Ukraine’s southern front.
Mr Putin vowed a “tough” and “proportionate” response should Ukraine carry out further attacks that threaten Russia’s security.
Explosions were reported in Lviv, Ternopil and Zhytomyr in western Ukraine, Dnipro and Kremenchuk in central Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia in the south and Kharkiv in the east.
Ukrainian officials said at least 11 people were killed and scores injured, and swathes of the country left without power.
“The Kyiv regime, with its actions, has put itself on the same level as international terrorist organisations. With the most odious groups. To leave such acts without a response is simply impossible,” Mr Putin said in a televised address.
