Fallout over Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo's controversial interview with Piers Morgan continues with the second half of the conversation airing tonight.
News filtered through shortly after United's 2-1 win over Fulham on Sunday evening that Ronaldo had conducted a ground-breaking interview with TV presenter Morgan. Teasers on his relationship with United manager Erik ten Hag, doubts over United's long-term progress, and an alleged fallout with the club over the lack of support surrounding the death of his newborn son were drip-fed to the public before the first part of the interview was released on Wednesday evening.
Fans across the world have been split by opinion; some believe that Ronaldo has tarnished his reputation as a United legend for good and hope that he leaves in the near future, whilst some believe that the club have treated him with no regard, subsequently leaving Ronaldo with nowhere to go but Morgan.
