Conor McGregor was heartbroken as Chantelle Cameron was announced the victor at the 3 Arena last night at the expense of Katie Taylor.
The MMA superstar was ringside for last night's fight and could be heard roaring support for Taylor throughout the fight.
Unfortunately for Irish fans, Taylor did not get the nod on the judges' scorecards with Cameron cementing her status as one of the best on the planet regardless of gender.

When the decision was read out, the entirety of the 3 Arena let out a sigh of resignation. The fight was close, but Cameron was the deserving winner.
Perhaps no-one summed up the feeling of the nation better than Conor McGregor who slumped forward and placed his head on the canvas after the decision was read out.
Before the result was even official, McGregor could be seen consoling Taylor, telling her he 'loves her to bits' and that there will be 'another day.'
While Cameron celebrated, McGregor made his way into the ring and kissed the hands of Taylor in a sign of respect.
As a former two-weight undisputed champion in the UFC, McGregor knows all about the pressure Taylor was under heading into last night's homecoming.
