WATCH: Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco gives Kansas City late lead vs. Bills

The Kansas City Chiefs got out to a late lead over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night when running back Isiah Pacheco scored a clutch fourth-quarter touchdown.

Reigning MVP Patrick Mahomes drove the Chiefs’ offense downfield just before the third-quarter whistle and hit rookie wide receiver Rashee Rice for a quick gain that set Kansas City up near the end zone when play resumed.

Pacheco got the ball on first and goal and powered the ball past the goal line to give the Chiefs a two-point advantage.

Harrison Butker nailed the extra point after Pacheco’s touchdown scamper, which pushed Kansas City’s lead to three points.

This game has gone back and forth all night, and if the first three quarters were any indication, the outcome is far from decided.

The Chiefs have proven that they can score touchdowns against Buffalo’s ailing defense, and with a little over 10 minutes to play, the game could go either way.
