The Kansas City Chiefs are set to host the Houston Texans for a divisional-round playoff matchup at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, January 18.
Though the Chiefs have played many games at Arrowhead over the last few months, the opportunity to host a playoff contest only comes once in a blue moon.
Kansas City’s grounds crew has been hard at work prepping the field at Arrowhead Stadium for the Chiefs’ postseason showdown against Houston.

Fans don’t often get to see this aspect of a team’s preparation for a game, but the craftsmanship involved in maintaining a grass field through the brutal cold of a Western Missouri winter should never be discounted.
Expect Arrowhead to look great this weekend when Kansas City takes on Houston.
