WATCH: Che Adams Scores Astonishing Halfway Line Stunner

Che Adams scored a sensational halfway line stunner as Torino beat Empoli 1-0 in Serie A on Friday night.

Channelling his inner David Beckham and Wayne Rooney, Adams’ strike in the 70th minute saw The Bull claim their first win in all competitions since October 25.

The 27-year-old’s astonishing effort was his third Serie A goal of the 2024/25 season. In the summer, Adams moved from Southampton to the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino on a three-year deal.

Despite his early season struggles, Adams is certainly enjoying la dolce vita after his miraculous strike wowed football fans across the world.

Che Adams Goal Is The Best Of His Career

Friday the 13th might be unlucky for some but that definitely did not extend to Che Adams. The former Premier League star confessed his Torino stunner was the best goal of his career.

I saw Devis Vasquez out of goal and I tried to shoot, I already had it in my head,” he said after the crucial 1-0 win against Empoli.

There was a lot of pressure tonight, it’s true that I scored the best goal of my career, but what matters most is that we got the three points.”

I didn’t come in with that desire because I was on the bench at the start of the match, we all wanted to do well tonight in this difficult moment.”

Che Adams Premier League Record

After impressing for Birmingham City in the Championship, Che Adams moved to Southampton in the summer of 2019 for a reported fee of £15 million.

His Friday night wonder goal brought back memories of his very first Saints strike. In July 2020, Adams lobbed Manchester City’s Ederson from 40 yards to help clinch a famous 1-0 win for the south coast club.

The Scotland international would go on to score four Premier League goals across 30 appearances in the 2019/20 season. However, his most successful came the following year.

Adams netted nine times across 36 top-flight outings. Overall, Adams scored 25 times across 124 games in England’s elite division for the Saints. Now, check out his beauty from December 13 below.
