The Kansas City Chiefs offense got off to a slow start against the Jacksonville Jaguars in preseason action on Saturday night, but when rookie running back Carson Steele took the field in the second quarter, everything changed.
Steele put together a remarkable opening drive in his NFL debut against Jacksonville, gaining 29 yards on four impressive carries where he plowed through several Jaguars defenders in pursuit of a touchdown.
Even before he found paydirt late in the second quarter, Steele was dominating Jacksonville with his hard-nosed running style.
Check out these clips of Steele’s most outstanding runs below, which were posted by user @Matty_KCSN and the NFL’s official Twitter account:

Expect to see Steele continue dominating the Jaguars in the second half of this game, especially if Kansas City’s passing game continues to struggle with Patrick Mahomes on the sideline.
If the rookie can continue finding success, he may be able to earn a spot on the Chiefs’ 53-man roster.
