The New York Jets went into the 2022 NFL draft with a pair of first-round picks, both in the top 10, but would finish the first night of this year’s three-day event with a trio of top-32 selections.
After landing their top targets on both sides of the ball with their original picks, the Jets made a bold move to trade back into the latter part of the first round to land another playmaker that many expected to come off the board much earlier.
