Watch as McGregor is presented with special Celtic shirt before Dundee match

Celtic captain Callum McGregor was presented with a special commemorative jersey for making his 500th appearance for the club at the weekend.

The skipper then got the nod at Parkhead this evening for his side's match against Dundee and, pre-match on the pitch, was given a framed jersey with '500' on the back, marking his special achievement.

Manager Brendan Rodgers was on hand to present McGregor with the shirt.

Celtic currently lead Tony Docherty's men by a goal to nil, with Arne Engels' powerful spot-kick proving the difference between the sides.

The teams drew 3-3 at Dens Park a few weeks ago, with another Engels' penalty salvaging a point for the visitors.

The Scottish Premiership champions can move 13 points clear of city rivals Rangers at the top of the table with a win this evening.
