Umar Sadiq hit his fifth goal of the season for Valencia last night with a strike branded the "funniest goal in a long time".
The former Rangers loanee scored 15 minutes from time last night to earn a point for the La Liga side against Rayo Vallecano.
Sadiq, 28, only climbed off the bench nine minutes before scoring in bizarre fashion in the 1-1 draw.
Creo que es el gol más gracioso que he visto en mucho tiempo. Simplemente Umar Sadiq. Nada más. pic.twitter.com/VRvrmffvsM

A low cross into the box found Saduq, but the striker could only send a right-footed effort off the post.
However, the rebound fell straight back to Sadiq who by that point was sitting on the ground.
Sadiq attempted to head the ball in while seated before adjusting his body to prod the ball over the line into the empty net.
One Valencia supporter on social media shared the clip, simply adding: "I think it's the funniest goal I've seen in a long time.
"Simply Umar Sadiq. Nothing more."

Sadiq spent six months on loan at Rangers back in 2018 when he penned a temporary switch from Italian side Roma.
He played just four times for Rangers before being sent back to the Serie A side following an unsuccessful loan stint in Scotland.
Sadiq failed to score once for Rangers playing just 116 minutes for the first team under Steven Gerrard - most of which came in a Betfred Cup semi-final loss to Aberdeen where he was a shock starter.
