You could make a strong argument that Alabama pass rusher Will Anderson shouldn’t have just been invited to last year’s Heisman Trophy ceremony, but that he should have taken home the award himself.
The most dominant player in college football last season, Anderson is picking up where he left off, acquainting himself with a Utah State running back early in Saturday’s 55-0 blowout win.
Anderson may not get the hardware he deserves at the college level, but he might just be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft.
