Aaron Donald has been known to lose his temper a little bit on the field, getting into multiple scuffles during games throughout his career. He lost his cool again on Thursday during a joint practice with the Cincinnati Bengals, taking things over the edge.
A video from practice showed Donald holding two Bengals helmets, swinging one of them multiple times as players got into a massive brawl. Donald was then thrown to the ground as the fight was broken up, but you could hear him connect with another helmet after taking a swing at someone.
It’s unclear whose helmets Donald was holding but it’s certainly not a good look that he swung one of them at Bengals players.
