Before things begin to ramp up for training camp and the start of the 2022-23 campaign, the Golden State Warriors unveiled a new jersey for the upcoming season.
While defending their title, the Warriors will be wearing some new threads. On Tuesday, the Warriors released Golden State-themed statement jerseys for the 2022-23 season.
Instead of their classic “Warriors” font across the chest, the new jerseys will feature “Golden State” as the centerpiece of the fit. The Golden State Jordan brand jerseys will also be in a darker navy blue as opposed to their standard royal blue.
With the release of the jerseys, 2021 lottery picks Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga modeled the new look.

Despite the release of the statement jersey, the Warriors aren’t done unveiling new looks for the 2022-23 season. Following the release of the statement jerseys, the Warriors will debut classic and city edition jerseys for the new season. The classic edition jerseys are set to be released next week on Aug. 8 and the city editions will follow on Nov. 10.
