After the Golden State Warriors cap off their 2023 playoff run, their backcourt will hit the golf course. However, it won’t be just a casual offseason round.
The duo of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson will represent the Warriors in a round against the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the latest edition of “The Match.” The Splash Brothers are set to tee off against quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce.
Curry and Thompson will take on Mahomes and Kelce on Thursday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Wynn golf course in Las Vegas.

June’s edition of “The Match” will be the second time Curry has participated in the golf event. The defending NBA Finals MVP linked up with Peyton Manning to take on Charles Barkley and Phil Mickelson in Arizona three years ago. Mahomes competed with Josh Allen against Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady in “The Match” last year in Las Vegas.
Curry, Mahomes and Kelce are all regular competitors in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament at Edgewood Resort in Lake Tahoe.
