Warriors rookie Quinten Post scores 10 points in Summer League debut

While the Golden State Warriors have been streaking through the NBA Summer League with six consecutive wins, they have been missing their lone member of the 2024 NBA draft class.

In the second round, the Warriors selected sharpshooting big man Quinten Post out of Boston College. Post missed the first six games of the Summer League due to a minor injury in his lower left leg. After a six-game absence, Post made his highly anticipated debut in blue and gold.

Coming off the bench, Post played 15 minutes against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The 7-foot Australian tallied 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field with a pair of triples. Post added three rebounds, a steal and an assist against the Thunder.

Post was one of six members of the Warriors to score in double figures on Friday night against the Thunder. With Post and five others reaching double-figures, the Warriors secured their seventh straight win in the Summer League and punched their ticket to the Summer League semi-finals round in Las Vegas.
