Riding a four-game losing streak, the Golden State Warriors will close their rough road trip on the second leg of a back-to-back with a contest against the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night.
With their final chance to secure a win on the road before heading back to the Bay Area, the Warriors will be without four starters against the Pelicans on Friday. The Warriors will rest Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins on Friday. Kevon Looney is the only regular starter expected to be on the floor against the Pelicans.

With a rest day coming on Friday, Curry, Thompson, Green and Wiggins will get the entire weekend off before hosting the Sacramento Kings at Chase Center on Monday.
Without four of their stars, Golden State’s young core will need to rally to give the Warriors a chance to salvage a win on the road before returning to the Bay Area.
Jordan Poole will likely play a featured role on Friday, along with players like Moses Moody, Jonathan Kuminga, James Wiseman, JaMychal Green and Ty Jerome. Rookies Patrick Baldwin Jr. and Ryan Rollins could also get minutes against the Pelicans on Friday.
