The Golden State Warriors continue having issues on the road and against the Memphis Grizzles. Saturday night’s latest loss was surrounded by talk about Grizzles guard Dillon Brooks and his ongoing campaign to be a source of frustration for the Warriors.
Brooks has a well-known beef with Draymond Green that has been discussed on podcasts, interviews, and a few exchanges on the court. The Grizzles 133-119 loss had moments of Klay Thompson heckling Brooks with his championship pedigree while he was on the bench and with plenty to say after the game, according to Evan Barnes of The Commercial Appeal.
“I don’t care about Dillon Brooks,” said Thompson. “When he retires, I don’t think anyone will ever talk about Dillon Brooks ever again. I promise you. It’s sweet right now, but wait 10 years.”
Dillon Brooks has become public enemy No. 1 for Dub Nation.

Brooks finished with 18 points in the Memphis victory containing to play well in the absence of all-star Ja Morant. Stephen Curry poured in 16 points and made it known he was focused on Brooks’ antics.
“We played the whole Memphis Grizzlies, not just him,” Curry said when asked about Brooks guarding him through most of the game.
The Warriors have lost both games in Memphis this season and have dropped their woeful road record to 7-29.
