Warning over Pedro Pascal's coffee order as it could give 'die-hard coffee drinkers the jitters'

From The Last Of Us to The Mandalorian, actor Pedro Pascal has had a packed schedule over the past few years.

And while different people deal with a busy routine in different ways, it appears that a lot of Pedro's energy comes from his now infamous coffee order. A recent viral TikTok clip revealed that the Disney+ star drinks a quad espresso in a venti cup with extra ice and six shots.

Now a warning has been issued to fans of the Chilean-born American actor, 47, as they may look to give Pedro's coffee order a try for themselves.

The TikTok hashtag 'pedropascalstarbucks' currently has 7.5 million views, and while the prospect of trying the drink could be tempting, an expert has made it clear that Pedro's order is strong even for 'die-hard coffee drinkers'.

Jen Williams, the founder and CEO of Thirst Perk, commented on the order, warning fans to consider just how intense six shots of espresso is before trying the drink.

Jen said: "It contains roughly 400mg of caffeine, which is enough to give any die-hard coffee drinker the jitters and the shakes for a couple of days."

"I guess fighting off zombies, and flying around a galaxy far, far away requires some extra special rocket fuel which has battle-hardened Pedro against the pulse-pounding side effects of his chosen beverage," The coffee expert continues.

"So if you do want to try it for yourself, just be aware that the caffeine is strong with this one."

It comes after recent research by consumer brand Which? revealed how much caffeine you'll get from a single cup from high-street coffee shops.

While Pedro gets his hyper-caffeinated drink from Starbucks, the popular coffee branch actually offers the least caffeine In a single-shot cappuccino with just 66mg.

The drink with the most caffeine had 325mg - by comparison, a 250ml can of Red Bull contains 80mg - and came from Costa.

Shefalee Loth, a nutritionist at Which?, said: "Many of us rely on coffee to get us through the dark winter mornings, but our research shows you may be consuming significantly more, or less, caffeine than you bargained for."
