The poor seam strength allows access to filling materials which presents a choking hazard to young children playing with the toys. Amazon has removed the product from its website as the product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

A child playing with the toy may insert their finger into the dog's mouth, and the motion of the dog's mouth may pinch the child's fingers, causing minor pain and/or bruising.
