A man was caught on camera as he dumped a trailer of waste.
Camera footage taken at 12.04pm October 31, 2022, shows a man parking a white van with a trailer on Stanney Mill Road in Ellesmere Port. The waste then found in the location included a large pile of straw and hay.
Now, Cheshire West and Chester Council are appealing for help in identifying the man. The council is aiming to crack down on fly-tippers through the use of CCTV cameras at hotspots.

The council's deputy leader and cabinet member for environment, highways and strategic transport, Councillor Karen Shore said: "The face of this individual is very clear, so please get in touch with us if you recognise him. The message is clear fly-tippers beware!
"We are watching and will do all we can to track you down, and make sure you pay for what you have done. There is no excuse for fly tipping at all, it costs money to clear away and affects our communities, as well as potentially local wildlife.
"We will take any steps necessary to find and prosecute offenders, including using CCTV."
The council urges residents to avoid services of Illegal waste carriers, who are said to target people on social media. Anyone caught illegally dumping waste in the borough could face a fine and even a prison sentence for the most severe cases.
Cllr Shore added: "Please check anyone disposing of waste for you is a licensed waste carrier - always be wary if you are approached by an individual to take your rubbish away."
Anyone who recognises the driver is urged to report it to the Council's Public Protection Service on 01244 973708, or anonymously via Crime Stoppers. If you discover illegal tipping of waste or see it being tipped, you can report it 24 hours a day on the Council's website or 'Report It' app.
