Accenture has expanded its AI refinery with a new AI agent builder. It allows businesses to build and customize AI agents without any technical knowledge. The new AI tool, built on NVIDIA’s AI technology, aims to simplify the process of building and deploying AI agents and accelerate business AI adoption.
The company has launched 50 industry-specific AI agents at the moment and plans to increase that number to 100 by the end of this year. These AI agents are designed for different industries, such as telecommunications, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and more. It aims to streamline processes and increase efficiency for each industry.
The AI agents utilize generative AI and machine learning models to analyze industry-specific data and provide actionable insights. This aligns with Accenture’s broader strategy of embedding AI across enterprise functions to drive business transformation.
According to the shared press releases, several organizations have already adopted Accenture’s AI Refinery to improve their services. It includes names like ESPN, HPE, Noli, and the United Nations. Here’s how the AI Refinery is helping these companies:
- ESPN has partnered with Accenture to test an AI-powered avatar called FACTS. In the research and development phase, this solution is being piloted with SEC Nation to provide data and insights from ESPN Analytics in a compelling new way, fostering engagement and educating fans on complex sports analytics.
- HPE is developing a new agentic AI solution powered by AI Refinery with HPE Private Cloud AI. The solution will be deployed across HPE’s category and sourcing strategies, as well as spend management, strategic relationship analysis, and contract obligation management.
- Noli, a beauty tech venture backed by the L’Oréal Group and designed, built, and run with Accenture, offers science-backed recommendations tailored to individuals’ unique needs in a fully curated beauty shop. Through its AI-driven beauty engine, the company delivers hyper-personalized routines and product recommendations from millions of possible solutions, empowering beauty consumers to find and purchase the right products for them with confidence and clarity.
- The UN is working with Accenture to develop a multilingual research agent to support over 150 languages and promote local economic sustainability. The agent will act like a researcher to answer questions about the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
We are seizing the significant opportunity to help our clients prioritize bold, high-impact initiatives that tackle core business challenges by reinventing processes end-to-end with generative AI and agentic technology. Accenture continues to double-down on new innovations like agent builder on our AI Refinery platform to empower organizations and decision-makers with the flexibility to drive business value faster, with agents that can observe the environment, apply reason, continuously improve and take action.

However, Accenture is not the only company in the market working on making AI adoption easier. Recently, Salesforce launched its AgentExchange marketplace, which provides ready-made AI solutions to businesses. Cisco has also extended its partnership with NVIDIA to offer more AI-focused solutions for enterprises.
