Wellington will get the chance to climb off the bottom of the A-League Women's ladder when they face Western Sydney in a wooden spoon playoff on Tuesday.
The match, originally scheduled to be played at Commbank Stadium last Sunday, was postponed due to rain in Sydney.
League bosses announced late on Monday the surface at the stadium had passed an inspection and the game will be played behind closed doors from 6.35pm.
The decision was taken to reschedule the match in a manner which will allow the Phoenix to return to New Zealand as planned after this weekend's round 14 fixtures following almost five months on the road.
The Phoenix, playing their inaugural ALW season, are three points behind the Wanderers heading into the match but could move above their opponents with a victory by three or more goals.
A win would ensure Catherine Cannuli's Wanderers avoid the wooden spoon in 2021-22.
