Wales skipper Dan Biggar has been passed fit to be named in the starting line-up for the final Test against South Africa on Saturday.
Tight-head prop Dillon Lewis has also been given the green light for the decider in Cape Town this weekend. Both players left the field early during the 13-12 win in Bloemfontein last time out and both looked in considerable pain, so their presence in this week's team is a surprise.
There is just one change to the team that created history in the Free State Stadium as the starting XV reverts back to the one that took the field in Pretoria. Wing Josh Adams comes back in for Alex Cuthbert, who has been sent home with a shoulder injury, which he sustained just minutes into the second Test.

Adams is joined in the back three by Liam Williams and Louis Rees-Zammit. In the midfield, George North will become the most-capped back in Welsh rugby history as he runs out for his 105th appearance, surpassing a record previously held by Stephen Jones. North continues his combination with Nick Tompkins, which has been a constant throughout the trip.
Biggar's impressive recovery sees him continue his partnership with Kieran Hardy at half-back. The forward pack is unchanged from the second Test as Lewis is joined in the front row by Ryan Elias and Gareth Thomas and Will Rowlands continues at lock alongside Adam Beard.
The impressive back-row trio of Dan Lydiate, Tommy Reffell - described as a 'menace' by Springboks boss Jacques Nienaber this week - and Taulupe Faletau get their third starts of the tour.
On the bench, Owen Watkin comes back into the No.23 jersey that he filled at Loftus Versfeld and young prop Sam Wainwright is poised for his second cap.
