Wales' next three matches after this weekend's Six Nations finale against Italy will be broadcast by Sky Sports.
The three-match tour to South Africa this summer will be shown on the pay TV channel, although there could yet be some sort of Welsh language deal with S4C.
Amazon Prime Video won the rights to show all of last year's autumn internationals, while the BBC and ITV have a joint deal for Six Nations matches until 2025. Six Nations bosses have, however, said there is "no justification" for making free-to-air coverage of the tournament mandatory going forward. You can read about that development here.
The Sky deal means the Six Nations Super Saturday game against the Italians is likely to be the final free-to-air Wales match this year
Sky Sports will show every UK home nation's summer tour matches in the southern hemisphere as part of a new broadcast deal with SANZAAR. England take on Australia in July, while Scotland have three matches in Argentina.
Wales play world champions South Africa on July 2, July 9 and July 16. The first Test against the Springboks will be held at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. From there Wayne Pivac’s squad will head to the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein, before completing the series at DHL Stadium in Cape Town.
The deal until 2025 also includes rights to The Rugby Championship, Super Rugby and domestic SA and NZ competitions: The Currie Cup and The National Provincial Championship.
Jonathan Licht, Sky Sports Managing Director, said: "SANZAAR rugby has been in Sky Sports' DNA for almost 30 years and we're pleased to continue our important and valued partnership with SANZAAR to give our customers the very best rugby the southern hemisphere has to offer."
SANZAAR CEO Brendan Morris said: "We welcome Sky aboard once again as our broadcast partner in the UK and Ireland.
"Sky has been a broadcast partner of SANZAAR for a very long time and we have a very strong and professional relationship that has seen our tournaments delivered into this major rugby market. Super Rugby Pacific continues to be a world class tournament featuring some of the best players in the world.
"It is followed by The Rugby Championship when current world champions South Africa will battle the All Blacks, Wallabies and Pumas for southern hemisphere supremacy."
