Missing Scot who required medication found safe and well by police

A Scots man who went missing, sparking an urgent police search, has been found safe and well.

Daniel Mullen was last seen in the Forfar area of Angus on Tuesday, June 14.

The 35-year-old's disappearance caused major concern, particularly as the man required medication that if he did not receive, may have been detrimental to his health.

Officers launched a frantic search for the man, and appealed to the public for help in locating him.

Now, cops have confirmed that Daniel has been traced safe and well.

Police have urged anyone with information about Daniel's whereabouts to get in touch (Police Scotland)

A spokesperson said: "Police Scotland are pleased to report Daniel Mullen missing from the Forfar area has been traced safe and well.

"We would like to thank all persons who assisted in this enquiry."
