Vue, Odeon and Cineworld Easter half term deals with tickets from £2.49

A number of UK cinema chains are offering cheap tickets over the Easter half term meaning it can be much cheaper for families to go and see a film together.

It can be a struggle to find ways of keeping the kids entertained while they're off, but Which? has listed a number of offers that could see cinema ticket prices slashed.

You and your family could head to see films such as the Super Mario Bros Movie or Dungeons and Dragons: Honour Among Thieves from £2.49 each.

Cineworld’s Movies for Juniors screenings offer children's tickets for £2.50, while Odeon Kids has a deal where the adults pay the same price as a child, with the deal running every day during the school holidays, as well as every Saturday and Sunday.

Similarly, Vue has Mini Mornings screenings from 10am during the school holidays. Tickets for both adults and children cost £2.49 each.

And if the timings or film choices offered don't work for you, there are other ways to save when visiting the pictures.

Meerkat Movies offers two-for-one cinema tickets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for an entire year for those who purchase a police through Compare The Market. Which? says you may have already bought a policy and not claimed the offer, so check if any of your existing policies can unlock this perk.

Three customers can also get two Cineworld tickets for £6 over Easter and are advised to check the Three+ app for further details, while Gourmet Society and Tastecard both offer up to 40% off some cinema chains and both have 60 day trials.
