Vue Cinemas launches bargain child tickets over summer holidays and weekends

Vue Cinemas have launched a scheme directed at families who are looking to keep their kids busy during the summer holidays - on a budget.

Vue have introduced the 'Mini Mornings' plan, a scheme developed to help families entertain their kids at the movies, for a much cheaper price.

Writing on their website, the company said: "Fancy seeing the best kids films and family films with both adult and child tickets from only £2.49/€2.99 per ticket?

"Our Mini Morning sessions give both adults and kids the chance to experience big screen entertainment for a very small price. Both adults and children pay from £2.49/€2.99 per ticket."

That means that a family of four will be able to see a film for the price it would be for two adult tickets and then some- a total saving of nearly a tenner. Mini Mornings are run every Saturday and Sunday morning from 10am, plus every day in the school holidays.

Showing kids movies and new kids films, Vue's Mini Mornings ensures fun in the cinema for all the family. The type of movies range from Chicken Run, to Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit and even the brand new Lightyear movie.

You can book these tickets online on the Vue Cinema website here. If booking in person, the price does rise to £3.49 per ticket.
