Does Vonhaus offer free delivery?
Yes, they do. Vonhaus currently offers free Standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes. Please note, that this excludes delivery of larger items such as furniture, garden furniture or large mirrors.
What is the Vonhaus returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your product, you can send it back within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. To start the returns process, you’ll first need to contact the Vonhaus customer service team at the following email address: support@vonhaus.com.
Does Vonhaus offer a warranty on their products?
Yes, Vonhaus offers a 2-year warranty on all of their own-brand products. This cover comes as standard, and they will repair or replace any faults for the duration of the policy.
Can I get spare parts for my Vonhaus product?
Vonhaus does not currently stock spare parts for sale purposes, but they may well be able to help if you know exactly what it is you’re after. Be sure to contact their customer service team and they’ll do their best to assist you.
