Voice vote fails with no state supporting referendum

The ACT is the only jurisdiction that voted 'yes' to an Indigenous voice for parliament while Queensland returned the nation's highest 'no' vote.

HIGHEST 'YES' VOTE ELECTORATES

*Melbourne (Adam Bandt - Greens) - 78 per cent

*Grayndler (Anthony Albanese - Labor) in inner Sydney - 74.2 per cent

*Sydney (Tanya Plibersek - Labor) - 71 per cent

*Canberra (Alicia Payne - Labor) - 70.5 per cent

*Cooper (Ged Kearney - Labor) incorporating Melbourne's northern suburbs - 65.7 per cent

HIGHEST 'NO' VOTE ELECTORATES

*Maranoa (David Littleproud - LNP) in western Queensland - 84.1 per cent

*Flynn (Colin Boyce - LNP) north of Brisbane city and surrounds - 84 per cent

*Capricornia (Michelle Landry - LNP) in northern Queensland -  81 per cent

*Hinkler (Keith Pitt - LNP) north of Brisbane - 81 per cent

*Dawson (Andrew Willcox - LNP) in northern Queensland - 80.8 per cent
