Model Vogue Williams has issued an apology after her April Fool's Day prank. The TV personality announced that her brand Bare By Vogue was releasing a 'new' fake tan for kids.
But not all her listeners realised it was April Fool's Day joke because she posted the statement on March 31 to make sure people fell for it.
On Sunday night, the podcast presenter clarified that her brand was not, in fact, releasing fake tan for kids and it was all an elaborate hoax, reports RSVP Live.

"Happy April Fool's Day," she said. "So I just wanted to let you know that Bare By Vogue will not be creating a fake tan for kids. It is never gonna be on our agenda, and I suggest you don't put fake tan on your kids."
Vogue explained that she shared the joke a day early to make sure her followers really fell for it. She added: "I nearly cracked - I nearly gave in and explained that it was a joke.
"I am really sorry, but it was for April Fool's."
Even Vogue's siblings thought she was starting a new controversial business venture. She said: "It actually got my brother and my sister, so on that note I think we did well for April Fool's Day."
She posted her prank on Instagram, saying: "Super easy to apply and full of skin loving ingredients to keep your precious little ones glowing all year round. Develops in 4-8 hours for the most natural sun kissed glow without the worry of harmful UV rays."
Under the prank, most of her followers responded with laughing emojis. One person wrote: "Any discount code Vogue Williams I have a few nieces and nephews that would benefit from a glow too (laughing emoji).
While another said: "Can’t believe how gullible I am." A third wrote: "Our your small ones will be lovely and tanned."
