Vladimir Putin’s secret lovechild hidden away for more than a year by his security

Vladimir Putin has had his secret lovechild hidden away for more than a year by his security amid the war in Ukraine.

Luiza Rozova, who will be celebrating her 20th birthday this month, was once very prominent on social media but no longer uses her accounts.

A Russian researcher who has monitored the president's family said: “It’s as if Putin has cancelled her.

“Her putative fashion business looks to have halted and she is no longer making appearances as a DJ, as she once did, or giving magazine interviews.

“Her life is plainly now very constrained."

Luiza is the daughter of Putin’s former lost-term lover, who is one of Russia's wealthiest women.

Svetlana Krivonogikh, 48, was a cleaner-turned-multimillionaire and is now a part-owner of a major Russian bank as well as a striptease nightclub.

Putin’s FPS (Federal Protection Service) kept Luiza away from the limelight after she was hit with social media abuse at the start of her father’s disastrous war in Ukraine.

Luiza has previously enjoyed getaways to Paris, where she was seen at the Louvre in 2021, and has a home in Monaco.

But, It is not known whether she had visited France or other countries since she vanished before the war started.

The suspicion that Luiza was Putin’s secret daughter from an extra-marital affair was first aired by an independent media outlet in Russia, which was later barred from functioning by the authorities.

Luiza -stopped publicly posting to her 84,000 followers, triggering the suspicion that Putin had gagged her. She later closed her account.

Putin’s other adult daughters, while not prominent, remain visible in high profile jobs.

Meanwhile, Luiza is believed to be a student in St Petersburg, but she has not been heard of for more than one year.

She has also not been seen on her wealthy friends’ social media pictures as they continue to travel the world, despite the war.

Luiza’s mother - impoverished until she met Putin - is the owner of a £3.1 million home in Monaco, part of a £74 million financial and property fortune.

Mother and daughter also possess lavish homes in St Petersburg - and a private yacht.

This includes a spacious penthouse boasting “palace luxury” which came to light via a hacked food courier database showing deliveries to Luiza.

As a child Luiza was raised mainly by her maternal grandmother, she has said.

She told a Russian Magazine in 2012: “I was raised by my grandmother, as the rest of the family members always worked hard and were always quite busy.”

It is unclear if she was also referring to Putin.

“Nevertheless, I have a super relationship with them, trusting and friendly. For example, my mother calls me — girlfriend. In our family there is no condemnation, suppression of any of my actions,” she added.

Luiza shared that she had a very deep connection with her grandma.

“A lot has been passed on to me from her, and I am very grateful to her for everything she has invested in me,” she said.
