Reports from Portugal suggest Vitor Pereira is in the frame as an Everton managerial candidate - with some even indicating "full agreement" has been reached.
The 53-year-old has coached a number of sides throughout his career, with his most recent spell at Turkish outfit Fenerbahce.
Other teams he has managed have included Olympiacos, Porto and 1860 Munich.
Portuguese media claim that Pereira and his technical team will travel to England tomorrow, with mixed indications of how far along the process he is as a candidate.

While some reports point to Pereira being in line for an interview, other accounts go further.
Portuguese journalist Pedro Sepulveda says there is "already a full agreement between the coach and the English team".
A report in the Daily Mail did not go that far - but named Pereira as a "serious contender" and said he is "understood to have impressed during talks with the club in recent days".
And another piece on Pereira from the Telegraph this evening indicated Pereira is "emerging as a serious candidate" and an "interview" has been planned.
Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney are among the other names to have been tipped as potential candidates to replace Rafa Benitez at the helm.
But it remains to be seen which direction Farhad Moshiri will go in for the next boss.
Pereira is currently the favourite for the job with a number of bookmakers, and is already priced as low as 1/2 on both Sky Bet and BetVictor at the time of writing.
Super agent Kia Joorabchian was pictured in the director's box at Goodison Park during the defeat to Aston Villa.
He has previously helped shape Everton dealings in the transfer market under Moshiri - and reports have indicated that Joorabchian may have "proposed" Pereira to fill past Blues managerial vacancies.
