Virginia golf course GM arrested after his phone was allegedly found recording in the women’s restroom

The general manager at one of the top public-access courses in Virginia was arrested after police say an employee found his phone was recording in one of the stalls inside the women’s restroom at the club.

According to a police report, Craig Robert Luckey, 55, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was arrested Friday after an employee at Potomac Shores
Golf Club in Dumfries, Virginia, found the phone.

This excerpt came from the Prince William County Police Department:

The employee notified a supervisor, who contacted the police. During the investigation, officers determined the phone belonged to the club’s General Manager, identified as the accused, which had possibly been recording on and off for the last several months.

Luckey was charged with five counts of unlawful filming. His court date has been set for July 20.

On Monday, police executed a search warrant at Luckey’s home and additional charges were added as the investigation continues.

Potomac Shores is located about 30 miles south of Washington D.C., and the course is ranked at No. 14 on the Golfweek’s Best top public-access courses in Virginia list.
