Iran’s President has called for protesters to be “confronted decisively” following the unrest which has sparked across the country.
Authorities have been cracking down on demonstrators after the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini last week. Due to the clashes with protesters, at least 35 people have been killed.
According to the country’s state media, President Ebrahim Raisi, said the country must “deal decisively with those who oppose the country’s security and tranquility”.
