Vinted’s Luxury Fashion Pop-Up Brings Secondhand Chic to London – And You’ll Want an Invite

Something exciting is happening in London’s fashion scene this month, and if you love designer pieces with a story, you’re going to want to hear this. Vinted, the peer-to-peer resale platform, is stepping up its game with its first-ever luxury fashion showcase, opening on 22 March.

The ‘House of Vinted’ isn’t your usual secondhand shopping experience. This invite-only event is set in the stunning Adria townhouse in South Kensington and promises a stylish deep dive into pre-loved designer fashion. Inside, guests will explore themed rooms filled with curated wardrobes from international luxury fashion creators, including Susie Lau, Victoria Magrath, Simran Randhawa, Giulia Valentina, and Keiona Revlon.

Vinted describes the showcase as a way to “celebrate the joy that can be found in reloving and reinventing designer treasures” while embracing the fresh ‘New Again’ feeling that comes with secondhand fashion. And let’s be honest—who doesn’t love the idea of scoring a designer gem with history behind it?

Each themed room offers a unique take on luxury style, from the nostalgic glamour of Art Deco Déjà Vu to the eclectic energy of Modern Eclectic’s Encore and the countryside-inspired charm of Cottagecore Comeback. Expect racks filled with stunning finds from brands like The Row, Prada, Gucci, Maison Margiela, and Jacquemus—sourced either from Vinted’s archives or straight from the wardrobes of the style creators themselves.

If you’re lucky enough to score an invite, not only can you browse and buy these luxury finds, but you’ll also get to enjoy the Vinted café, offering cold-pressed juices and delicious sweet and savoury treats. There’s more than just shopping too—guests can take part in workshops, including leather embossing and a ‘Luxury Style Surgery’, where stylist and wardrobe consultant Manisha Sabharwal will be on hand with professional fashion advice.

For those who don’t make the exclusive guest list, don’t worry. The pieces will be available for purchase on the Vinted site from 25 March, so you can still get your hands on these designer gems. Plus, a portion of the proceeds will go to Oxfam UK, so you can shop guilt-free, knowing you’re supporting a good cause.

Vinted’s creative director, Emma Sullivan, sums it up perfectly: this isn’t just about shopping for luxury fashion—it’s about celebrating the stories behind these pre-loved pieces. “By making luxury accessible and affordable, Vinted invites guests to discover the timeless beauty of lived-in luxury, encouraging them to rewrite their own fashion stories with these cherished items,” she says.

So, whether you’re in it for the designer deals, the sustainability factor, or just the thrill of finding something truly special, Vinted’s latest venture is proof that secondhand luxury is the future of fashion.
